The avocado is also one of the most alkalizing foods available. They are very high in vitamin E which is essential for glowing skin and shining hair.

Honey is an excellent compliment to avocados for your skin! Honey is a natural antibacterial. It is great for the treatment and prevention of acne. Just like avocados, honey is full of antioxidants which assist is slowing down aging. It’s moisturizing and soothing characteristics help to create a natural glow to your skin.
Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tbsp local honey
- 2 tbsp warm water
Directions
- Carefully slice avocado in half (try this tool)
- Remove pit.
- Scoop flesh from avocado (try this tool)
- Mash avocado flesh.
- Take warm water to dissolve the honey.
- Combine dissolved honey to the mashed avocado.
- Using your fingertips, apply the mixture to your clean face.
- Avoid your eye area.
- Allow to sit for 10 minutes.
- Gently rinse.
