First of all you will need to make a solution of baking soda and water (with a ratio of 1/3). The amount of baking soda to use will depend on your hair length.
For longer hair use 2 tablespoons of soda and the appropriate ratio of water – 6 spoons.
For shorter hair, use less.

Feel free to add some lavender oil to this solution if the smell is too much for you.
After you’ve made your preparations you need to apply your baking soda solution firstly to your roots, and continue to your ends.
Massage your scalp for several minutes and then wash your hair with warm water.
When you’re done, apply thoroughly apply the rinsing solution you’ve made and then wash your hair again.
