Spots on the skin that appear with the age are the effect of prolonged sun exposure or the one of Solar that gives the skin an unaesthetic look. Usually these spots are more common on parts that were more exposed: face, back and hands. These spots appear to adults because with age skin becomes more sensitive. There are several medical treatments or homemade treatments that can help remove these stains. Let’s see some homemade recipes that can help you get rid of stains. The methods that are not based on chemicals are much longer but much less expensive and painful.

How to get rid of spots on the body due to age

Castor oil it is one of the best ways to get rid of stains. Apply castor oil on a cotton ball and then apply it on the area with problems every morning and evening. Stains should disappear after a month. Castor oil can be combined with vitamin E oil, almond oil, coconut oil or of course olive oil. After applying the mixture on the spots, massage the area for a few minutes. You can leave it on for a few hours or over the night then wash it off.
Orange juice is also a solution for this problem, especially if it is mixed with green apple. Furthermore it helps maintain the skin clear, soft shiny and beautiful.  In addition, you can make a scrub from orange juice and sugar. Mix enough the ingredients to make a paste, apply it on affected areas and scrub it for 5 to 10 minutes. Finally, rinse it off with cold water.
At the same time aloe vera is widely used in this type of skin problems, because has healing and regeneration properties. Use any type of cosmetic based on aloe vera because over time it will take effect. If you do not have access to fresh aloe vera gel, try aloe vera juice that you can find in market. Aloe vera is a cure for any skin problem and used 2 times per day for 1 to 2 months can get you rid of problems.
Lemon juice applied 2 times a day can also help the stains disappear. Fresh lemons can help too. Cut a lemon slices and apply it on the spots, leave on for 15 minutes. Do that once a day. At the same time, it has bleaching properties. That means it can help you get rid of brown spots, which are also skin-aging effect.
Using Yogurt is another easy and effective way to make your skin glowing and make the stains disappear. All you need to do is to apply yogurt directly on the spots, let it dry for about 15 to 20 minutes; rinse it off with cold water. For a better and deeper effect, you can leave the yogurt over the night.
These methods still need a longer period to show some results but they are less expensive than cosmetic treatments based on chemicals. So have patience because you need to follow the remedies for at least several weeks to notice the results.
