- Egg Mask
Take ½ tsp of almond oil, egg white of one egg, 1 tbsp organic yogurt and 1 tbsp raw honey (warm). Combine all the ingredients, and apply a thin layer of this mixture on your face. Rinse off with warm water after half an hour.
- Toothpaste
Toothpaste contains fluoride that helps remove the symptoms associated with milia. Apply a thin layer on the affected area and leave it on for about 25 minutes. It may give you a feeling of burning sensation, but it’s quite normal and will soon be over. Clean the paste with cold water.
- Baking Soda
Take sufficient amount of baking soda and add water to make a thick paste. Apply all over your face and wait until it gets dry. Then, wash your face with lukewarm water.
- Steam
A nice steam can unclog the pores and removes the debris and dead cells from the skin. It is a simple process. Just damp a towel in hot water and squeeze out the excess water. Now, put this towel on your face for a few minutes and then remove it. Repeat this process a couple of times.
- Aloe Vera
Aloe vera can easily heal those unsightly milk spots on the skin due to its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Massage the affected skin with aloe vera gel. Leave it on for whole night and wash it off in the morning. Use this remedy regularly, until you notice the difference.
Besides, you can also apply a blend of aloe vera gel and green tea. Mix both the ingredients in equal amount and leave it for 15 minutes. It will definitely work for your skin.
- Tea Bags
Empty a tea bag and rub its contents on your face in circular motion. Do it twice a week to reduce the problem of milia.
